Shipping Policy
All US orders above $200 ship for free. Orders are shipping from Vermont so East Coast deliveries typically arrive within 2-4 business days and West Coast deliveries take 5-7 business days.
Shipping & Returns
New and Blemish Skis
We offer a return window of up to six (6) months from the date of purchase for all new and blemished skis. As part of our ski guarantee program, you can test your skis for up to five (5) days on snow before deciding if they're for you. For customers within the US, we provide free shipping and returns to make the process convenient and easy. International customers, including those in Canada, should note that shipping and return fees will apply to their orders.
While customers can return new skis for a full refund, we cannot offer a refund on bindings. See below for more information.
Factory Warehouse Skis
Factory Warehouse or Archive skis are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Bindings
Due to safety and liability considerations, bindings are not eligible for a return or exchange unless the follow criteria are met:
- Brand new and in original box
- In original packaging and unwrapped
- Never mounted
No exceptions to this policy will be made.
Merchandise Returns
We accept merchandise returns and exchanges including sweatshirts, sweaters, beanies, goggles, travel bags, and other branded items within thirty (30) days of purchase. To ensure quality standards, all merchandise must be in brand new condition, unworn, and unused when returned. We request that items be returned in their original packaging whenever possible. Our team will carefully inspect all returned items upon receipt to verify their condition. Please note that any signs of wear or use will make the item ineligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances for safety and quality reasons. These exclusions include all gift cards, merchandise (other than new skis) that show signs of wear or use; bindings that have been unwrapped, mounted, or used; and Archive or factory warehouse skis. We maintain this strict policy to ensure the safety of our customers and the integrity of our products.
Gift with Purchase
When you receive a free item as part of a gift with purchase promotion, both the qualifying purchase and the free gift must be returned together to receive a full refund. If you choose to keep the free gift while returning the qualifying item, the retail value of the gift item will be deducted from your refund amount. For example, if you received a complimentary sweatshirt ($78 value) with your ski purchase and return only the skis, the $78 value of the sweatshirt will be deducted from your refund.
When bindings are offered as a complimentary gift or as part of a bundled package, the bindings must be returned wrapped and unused (in the original packaging). If bindings are returned unwrapped, the retail value of the bindings will be deducted from your refund. Like the example above, if bindings are not returned along with the qualifying item, the retail value of the bindings will be deducted from your refund.
Promotional Discount Returns
For items purchased as part of a promotional discount (such as buy one pair of skis, get poles 50% off, or similar offers), returning the full-price qualifying item will affect the price of any items purchased at a discount. If you return the qualifying item but keep the discounted merchandise, you will be refunded the qualifying item's purchase price minus the discount received on the other item(s). For instance, if you purchased one pair of skis at full price ($899) and received 50% off a second pair ($449.50 instead of $899), returning only the full-price skis would result in a refund of $449.50 ($899 minus the $449.50 discount applied to the second pair).
