Unfortunately, at this time, you are unable to pay on a quarterly or annual basis. We are working on exploring options, so stay tuned for an announcement.
No. It is a membership, not a subscription. It's meant for our customers who see value in all the added benefits of the membership, including deep discounts on bindings and other Renoun offerings; discount from partner brands, opportunity to join both Renoun local events and signature ski trips; access to the community platform to interact and plan meetups with other members, and more.
You may cancel your membership at any time with at least 7 days’ notice. If you would like to keep your skis, you can buy them out. The buyout price is pro-rated based on the number of months left of your membership. If you would like to return your skis, you can ship them back to Renoun or donate them.
You may pause your membership once for up to three months. Notify the Renoun team if you would like to initiate a pause.
No, your membership dues are non-refundable. If you choose to return your skis at any point, you may do so; however, you will not be refunded.
At this time, there is no couples membership. However, we are hoping to introduce it in the near future.
Yes, you can purchase a RenounPro membership, and you will receive one free swap if you bought new skis last season. The swap is valid during the first 12 months of your membership.
Yes, after you have completed 24 months, you will keep your skis. At that time, you will get to choose a new ski as well.
If you are a new customer who has never bought or tried our skis before, you can 1) swap one time for free, or 2) cancel for a complete refund of enrollment and dues, subject to the 5 day TryOnSnow™ policy found here.
Please see the FAQ on insurance. All RenounPro member skis are covered for one year and you may purchase an extra year of Renoun Care Plus if you would like. You may also opt to swap your skis out for $150.
